Train to goole

sunny 20 °C

Why always go to the most obvious places I though . Maybe you will find the ideal in a place less visited.
So I went to Goole the end of the line out on its own .
There are no hotels in Goole and only one bed and breakfast over a Chinese take away., But it has its own charm.
Fine if you are disabled, hire a buggy for £5 for the week at the Coutyard Project.Pick it up each morning at 9.30am Visit the shops the library and the River walk. Do specialist shopping at the Polish deli.
or catch a taxi to the canal museum. It is possible to find things to do for at least two days and if like me you have mobility problems Goole will be heaven with its easy access for buggys.
I am not a bird watcher but the river ouses, ouses its way past Goole and I can imagine that at certain times Birds do alight.
If you are a container spotter you will be in your element.
People in Goole visit Hull and Doncaster for entertainment.
I most probably will never go again, but the people I met were fine people and helpful and welcoming so maybe I will
